AssuringLlama is a customer service system operated by 3Pal Pte Ltd (UEN: 201322971N) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Service provides:
- AI-powered customer support automation using GPT technology
- Human escalation workflows
- Multi-channel support across WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and other platforms
- Integration capabilities for small and medium businesses
- Customer service analytics and reporting
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You must have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Use of the Service is prohibited where such use violates applicable law
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Activities

- You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers
- You warrant that you have the right to share customer data with us for processing

- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet
- You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important data
5.3 AI Processing
- Customer interactions may be processed by AI systems to provide automated responses
- We continuously improve our AI models, which may involve analysis of anonymized data
- You can opt out of certain AI features through your account settings
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
- Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan options
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon subscription renewal
- We may suspend or terminate Service for non-payment
- Price changes will be communicated with 30 days’ notice
6.3 Free Trials

- Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

- Support channels include email and in-app messaging
- Response times vary based on subscription plan and issue severity
7.3 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
8. Intellectual Property

- AssuringLlama, our logo, and related marks are our trademarks
- The Service contains proprietary software and content owned by us
- We retain all rights not expressly granted to you
8.2 Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your business data and content
- You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service
- You may provide feedback, which we may use without obligation to you
9. Third-Party Integrations
9.1 External Services
- The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies
9.2 API Usage
- API access may be provided subject to rate limits and usage policies

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or data loss

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Content you submit through the Service
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful use of the Service
- Upon 30 days’ notice for convenience
12.3 Effect of Termination
- You remain liable for fees incurred before termination

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3Pal Pte Ltd regarding the Service.
